I bring over five years of experience working at Apple, where I trained both customers and staff to feel confident using technology, no matter their background. I hold a Master’s degree in Communication, have taught in one-on-one and group settings, and I specialise in helping mature learners feel at ease with tools that often seem overwhelming. As a mum, a media licensing professional, and a daily user of AI, I know how to translate complex tech into something practical and useful for everyday life.
