Hi, I'm Jess

I’m a facilitator who specialises in making technology accessible, practical and unintimidating.

I spent over five years working at Apple, where I trained both customers and staff to feel confident using technology — regardless of their background or starting point. Through hands-on workshops and guided learning sessions, I developed a teaching style focused on clarity, confidence and real-world application.

I hold a Master’s degree in Communication and have extensive experience teaching in both one-on-one and group settings. I particularly enjoy working with adult learners who want to build confidence with tools that can initially feel overwhelming.

Alongside my facilitation work, I use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude regularly in my own workflow. That means I understand how AI can support real professional tasks — from communication and research to improving everyday productivity.

My approach to AI is calm, grounded and practical.

Rather than hype or futurism, my focus is helping professionals use AI responsibly, refine their judgment, and apply these tools in ways that genuinely save time and support meaningful professional goals.

I believe AI should feel empowering — not intimidating.
